When viewing someone's profile, you can request to be Buddies by choosing "request to Be Buddies" in the "NazBoard Buddies" menu just above their profile.

This will send a message to this user (Private Message and Email) letting them know that you want to be their NazBoard Buddy. They can choose to accept or deny your request.

If accepted, they will be listed on your buddy list and you will be listed on theirs.

I figured out how to add if I am looking at their profile. How do I find a profile in order to add?

You can user the "Member List" link in the "Member Menu"
